Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and panic disorder comparing Escitalopram with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale at 6 months and State Trait Anxiety Inventory at 6 months. Started Jan 2012; status: completed.
