Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of eluxadoline in Irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea (IBS-D) (3 arms), sponsored by Furiex Pharmaceuticals. Primary endpoint: Percentage of Participants Who Were Composite Responders Based on Improvements From Baseline in Daily Worst Abdominal Pain and Daily Stool Consistency Scores at 12 weeks.
