Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of trametinib in oral cavity squamous cell carcinoma (OCSCC), sponsored by Washington University School of Medicine. Primary endpoints: Number of Participants With Changes in Putative Tumor Initiating Cell Populations as Defined by Cell Surface CD44 and Intracellular Phospho-ERK1/2 Staining at Day 15 and Number of Participants With Changes in Tumor Cell Surface CD44 Expression at Day 15.
