Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of hydroxychloroquine in porphyria cutanea tarda (PCT) (2 arms), sponsored by The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Primary endpoints: Time to achievement of a normal plasma total porphyrin level up to 24 months and Tolerability and safety of both treatments up to 24 months. Started Mar 2006; status: completed.
