Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of sodium phenylbutyrate and vitamin d in pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) (4 arms), sponsored by icddr,b. Primary endpoints: Proportion of pulmonary TB patients who are culture negative in sputum at 4 weeks and Difference in improvement in clinical endpoints at 8 weeks.
