Overview
Phase 3, open-label, single-arm trial of olmesartan and amlodipine in hypertension (HTN), sponsored by Institut für Pharmakologie und Präventive Medizin. Primary endpoints: Change in ABPM (ambulatory blood pressure measurement) mean daytime systolic values at 12 weeks and Change in systolic OBPM (office blood pressure measurement) at 12 weeks.
