Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in pediatric acute-onset neuropsychiatric syndrome (PANS) and pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric disorders associated with streptococcal infections (PANDAS) comparing Azithromycin with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Children's Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale at 4 weeks. Started May 2012; status: completed.
