Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of fluticasone propionate in nasal polyposis (4 arms), sponsored by OptiNose. Primary endpoints: Change in 7-day Average Instantaneous Morning Diary Congestion/Obstruction Symptoms at Week 4 and Change in Total Polyp Grade at Week 16. Started Nov 2013; status: completed.
