TIPS-3: Polycap, Aspirin, and Vitamin D for Primary Prevention

Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of Polycap, aspirin and vitamin d in cardiovascular disease (CVD), cancer and bone fracture (8 arms), sponsored by Population Health Research Institute. Primary endpoints: Composite of CV death, non-fatal MI, non-fatal stroke, heart failure, resuscitated cardiac arrest, or arterial revascularization (Polycap vs Placebo) at 4.25 years, Composite of CV death, non-fatal MI, or non-fatal stroke (Aspirin vs Placebo) at 4.25 years and 2 more.
