Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) comparing Olodaterol + Tiotropium with Placebo + Tiotropium (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Forced Expiratory Volume in 1 Second Area Under the Curve 0-3h Response at 12 weeks and Trough Forced Expiratory Volume in 1 Second Response at 12 weeks.
