Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma comparing Lysozyme First with Placebo First (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change of several inflammatory or biochemical marker concentration in inducted sputum at 8 weeks, Peripheral airway resistance measured by Impulse oscillometry system at 8 weeks and 2 more.
