Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of meningococcal A conjugate vaccine in invasive meningococcal disease (IMD) (2 arms), sponsored by Sanofi. Primary endpoints: Percentage of Participants With Antibody Titers ≥1:4 and ≥1:8 Measured by Serum Bactericidal Assay Using Human Complement (hSBA) at Day 30, Percentage of Participants With Vaccine Seroresponse Measured by hSBA at Day 30 and 7 more.
