Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of herpes zoster vaccine (recombinant, adjuvanted) in herpes zoster (HZ) (2 arms), sponsored by GSK. Primary endpoints: Anti-Glycoprotein E (Anti-gE) Antibody Concentrations at 3 months, Number of Subjects With Vaccine Response for Anti-gE Antibody Concentrations at 3 months and 5 more.
