Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in bacterial infection comparing Azithromycin with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Prevalence of nasopharyngeal carriage of Group B Streptococci (GBS), S. pneumoniae, and S. aureus in the newborn at 6 days. Started Feb 2013; status: completed.
