Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in HER2-positive breast cancer comparing BKM120 + Trastuzumab + Paclitaxel with Placebo + Trastuzumab + Paclitaxel (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Pathological Complete Response Rate at the Time of Surgery at 18 weeks, Pathological Complete Response Rate at the Time of Surgery - PIK3CA Wild Type at 18 weeks and 1 more.
