Overview
Phase 2, randomised trial of loteprednol etabonate ophthalmic gel 0.38% in keratoconjunctivitis sicca (KCS) (3 arms), sponsored by Bausch + Lomb. Primary endpoints: Change From Baseline in Corneal Total Fluorescein Staining Score at 4 weeks, Change From Baseline in Mean Ocular Surface Disease Index (OSDI) Questionnaire Total Score at 4 weeks and 2 more.
