Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of dexmecamylamine in overactive bladder (OAB) (4 arms), sponsored by Targacept. Primary endpoints: Change from baseline in micturition frequency per 24 hours at 12 weeks and Change from baseline in urinary urge incontinence (UUI) episodes per 24 hours at 12 weeks. Started May 2013; status: completed.
