Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of telmisartan in autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) (2 arms), sponsored by National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases. Primary endpoint: Number of Participants With 50% Reduction of Baseline eGFR, End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD, Initiation of Dialysis or Preemptive Transplant), or Death.
