Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of epacadostat in melanoma, sponsored by Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. Primary endpoints: Changes in the Concentration and Number of CD8+ Cells Infiltrating Tumor by IHC by Normalization of Kyn/Trp Ratios at Day 21 and Changes in the Concentration and Number of CD8+ Cells Infiltrating Tumor by IHC by Normalization of Kyn/Trp Ratios in Combination With MELITAC 12.1 at Day 42.
