Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of Fluorodopa F 18 in congenital hyperinsulinism (HI) and insulinoma, sponsored by Cook Children's Health Care System. Primary endpoints: Radioactivity of 18F-DOPA following transport at 1 day and Accuracy of PET imaging compared to intraoperative pancreatic biopsy in patients with congenital hyperinsulinism up to 1 month.
