Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial in Atrial fibrillation (AFib) and atrial flutter (AFL) comparing Metoprolol with Diltiazem (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Conversion to normal sinus rhythm at 8 hours and Heart rate control at 8 hours. Started Dec 2013; status: terminated.
