Levosimendan in High-Risk Cardiac Surgery

Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in low cardiac output syndrome (LCOS) and left ventricular systolic dysfunction (LVSD) comparing Levosimendan with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Composite of all-cause death or use of mechanical assist device at 30 days and Composite of all-cause death, perioperative MI, need for dialysis, or use of mechanical assist at 30 days.
