Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in attenuated psychosis syndrome (APS) and brief psychotic disorder (BPD) comparing Sodium benzoate with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in PANSS sum score of delusions, hallucinations, suspiciousness, and conceptual disorganization at 12 weeks and Change in Clinical Global Improvement Scale at 12 weeks. Planned start Feb 2014; status: withdrawn.
