Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of empagliflozin and liquid metformin (Aspargo Labs) in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) (2 arms), sponsored by Boehringer Ingelheim. Primary endpoints: Area Under the Concentration-time Curve of Metformin in Plasma Over the Time Interval From 0 to the Last Quantifiable Data Point at 72 hours and Maximum Measured Concentration of Metformin in Plasma at 72 hours.
