Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of nifedipine in essential hypertension (2 arms), sponsored by Shanghai Shyndec Pharmaceutical. Primary endpoints: change in morning blood pressure surge from baseline at 8 weeks and change in central systolic blood pressure, central diastolic blood pressure, central pulse pressure and augmentation index from baseline at 8 weeks.
