Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of sipuleucel-T in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) (2 arms), sponsored by Duke University. Primary endpoints: anti-PA2024 immune response in lymph node-derived leukocytes at 10 weeks, anti-PAP immune response in lymph node-derived leukocytes at 10 weeks and 2 more.
