Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in fibromyalgia (FM) comparing Melatonin and Placebo, Amitriptyline and placebo and Melatonin and Amitriptylin (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Change from Baseline in pain on Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire (FIQ) at 6 weeks, Change from Baseline in Pain Pressure Threshold (PPT) at 6 weeks and 1 more. Status: unknown.
