Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of aflibercept in colorectal cancer (CRC) (2 arms), sponsored by Weill Cornell Medicine. Primary endpoints: Number of adverse events experienced at 24 months and Number of subjects who demonstrate a response to pre-operative chemotherapy and zaltrap at 24 months. Planned start Feb 2014; status: withdrawn.
