Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in calcific aortic valve stenosis (CAVS) comparing Placebo with Ataciguat (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Number of patients experiencing orthostatic hypotension at 14 days, Change in blood pressure following the transition from sitting to standing at 14 days and 2 more.
