Phase 1, open-label trial of autologous CD19CAR-CD28-CD3zeta-EGFRt-expressing Tcm-enriched T cells and CD19R(EQ)28zeta/EGFRt+ T cells in non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) (2 arms), sponsored by City of Hope. Primary endpoints: Incidence of dose limiting toxicities at 28 days, Incidence of adverse events attributable to the cellular immunotherapy product at 15 years and 2 more.
