Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of carboxylesterase-expressing allogeneic neural stem cells in glioma, sponsored by City of Hope. Primary endpoints: Incidence of dose-limiting toxicity at 6 weeks, Incidence of all attributable toxicities up to 15 years and 1 more. Status: withdrawn.
