Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of autologous NY-ESO-1-specific CD8-positive T lymphocytes in synovial sarcoma (SS) and myxoid round cell liposarcoma (MRCLPS), sponsored by Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. Primary endpoint: Incidence of grade III or greater toxicity at 10 weeks. Planned start Jul 2014; status: withdrawn.
