Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of perflutren lipid microspheres in Crohn's disease, sponsored by University of Michigan. Primary endpoint: Evaluation of bowel wall inflammation and fibrosis in patients with Crohn's disease using CEUS at 2 years. Planned start Feb 2015; status: withdrawn.
