Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) comparing Arm I (auranofin) with Arm II (placebo) (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Count/Percentage of Patients Who Report Having Experienced the Paclitaxel-induced Pain Syndrome (PIAPS) at 1 week and Area Under the Curve (AUC) Summary of Worst Pain in the Last 24 Hours.
