Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of canagliflozin and liquid metformin (Aspargo Labs) in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) (3 arms), sponsored by Janssen Pharmaceutical. Primary endpoints: Plasma concentration of canagliflozin at Day 4 and Plasma concentration of metformin extended release at Day 3. Started Feb 2014; status: completed.
