Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of dolutegravir in human immunodeficiency virus infection (HIV) (2 arms), sponsored by St Stephen's AIDS Trust. Primary endpoints: Virological suppression (HIV-1 RNA <50 copies/mL) at 48 weeks and Total cholesterol at 48 weeks. Started Apr 2014; status: completed.
