Overview
Phase 4, open-label, single-arm trial of rituximab in granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) and microscopic polyangiitis (MPA), sponsored by Roche. Primary endpoints: Percentage of Participants With Adverse Events and Serious Adverse Events at 6 months and Percentage of Participants Who Achieved a Birmingham Vasculitis Activity Score for Wegener's Granulomatosis (BVAS/WG) Score of 0 and Successfully Completed Prednisone Taper at 6 Months.
