Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of linagliptin and liquid metformin (Aspargo Labs) in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) (4 arms), sponsored by Boehringer Ingelheim. Primary endpoints: Area Under the Concentration-time Curve of Linagliptin in Plasma Over the Time Interval From 0 to 72 Hours, Maximum Measured Concentration of Linagliptin in Plasma at 72 hours and 2 more.
