Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial in secondary hyperparathyroidism (SHPT) comparing Cinacalcet + Standard of Care with Standard of Care (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Percentage of Participants Who Achieved a >= 30% Reduction From Baseline In Mean Plasma iPTH During Weeks 11 to 15 and Percentage of Participants Who Achieved a >= 30% Reduction From Baseline in Mean Plasma Intact Parathyroid Hormone During the Efficacy Assessment Period.
