Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of CD19CAR-CD28-CD3zeta-EGFRt in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) (2 arms), sponsored by City of Hope. Primary endpoints: Toxicity profile of T-cell infusion at 15 years, Dose-limiting toxicity (DLT) rate at the phase II recommended dose (RP2D) (CD19R(EQ)28zeta/EGFRt+ central memory T cells) at 28 days and 2 more.
