Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of riociguat in pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH) (2 arms), sponsored by Bayer. Primary endpoints: Area under the plasma concentration time curve of Ethinylestradiol up to 4 months, Area under the plasma concentration time curve of Levonorgestrel up to 4 months and 2 more.
