Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of CD123-specific autologous CAR T cells in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and Blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN), sponsored by City of Hope. Primary endpoints: Dose-limiting toxicity at 28 days, Incidence of adverse events up to 15 years and 1 more. Started Dec 2015; status: active, not recruiting.
