Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of solifenacin and mirabegron in overactive bladder (OAB) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) (2 arms), sponsored by Astellas Pharma. Primary endpoints: Maximum Plasma Concentration of Tamsulosin HCl at Day 14 and Area Under the Concentration-Time Curve Over the Dosing Interval for Tamsulosin HCl at Day 14.
