Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of dabigatran in Atrial fibrillation (AFib) and venous thromboembolism (VTE) (4 arms), sponsored by Boehringer Ingelheim. Primary endpoints: Area under the concentration-time curve of dabigatran in plasma at steady state over one dosing interval at Day 3, Maximum concentration of dabigatran in plasma at steady state at Day 3 and 2 more.
