Bioavailability of Dabigatran Formulations in Healthy Volunteers

Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of dabigatran etexilate oral solution in Atrial fibrillation (AFib) and venous thromboembolism (VTE) (3 arms), sponsored by Boehringer Ingelheim. Primary endpoints: Area under the concentration-time curve of the analyte in plasma over the time interval from 0 extrapolated to infinity at 48 hours and Maximum measured concentration of the analyte in plasma at 48 hours.
