Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of linagliptin in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) (2 arms), sponsored by Boehringer Ingelheim. Primary endpoints: Area under the concentration-time curve of ethinylestradiol and levonogestrel in plasma over the dosing interval at steady-state at Day 21 and Maximum measured concentration of ethinylestradiol and levonogestrel in plasma at steady state at Day 21.
