Overview
Phase 1, randomised, single-blind trial in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) comparing BI 1356 BS (Linagliptin) with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Number of patients with abnormal findings in physical examination, Number of patients with clinically changes in vital signs (blood pressure [BP], pulse rate [PR]) and 4 more.
