Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of linagliptin in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) (2 arms), sponsored by Boehringer Ingelheim. Primary endpoints: Area under the concentration-time curve of BI 1356 in plasma over the time interval from 0 to 72 h and Maximum measured concentration of BI 1356 in plasma up to 96 hours.
