Effect of Linagliptin on Simvastatin PK in Healthy Volunteers

Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of linagliptin in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), sponsored by Boehringer Ingelheim. Primary endpoints: Area under the concentration-time curve of simvastatin in plasma at steady state over a uniform dosing interval tau up to 600 hours and Maximum measured concentration of simvastatin in plasma at steady state over a uniform dosing interval tau up to 600 hours.
