Safety and PK of BI 224436 in Healthy Male Volunteers

Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in human immunodeficiency virus infection (HIV) comparing BI 224436 with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: maximum measured concentration of the analyte in plasma up to 72 hours and area under the concentration-time curve of the analyte in plasma over the time interval from 0 extrapolated to 24 up to 24 hours.
